    I love Supershieldz; they kept my old iPhone6 safe for years! The problem is the iPhone SE has a strange face! The Supershieldz instructions warn you to press very firm along all edges to get a seal. I did that multiple times, but continue to be frustrated by the touch screen often not responding at the “123” , “ABC”, and “space bar”. I’m leaving the Supershieldz in place and will just keep dealing with the unresponsive touch screen - this phone gets dropped too frequently to take a chance without the protector.

    I have no complaint about this product as it is easy to apply and lasts for a long time based on user wear. My problem is I received my order and one of the two shields was cracked inside the case. I communicated twice over the space of one week to Supershieldz for replacement/return of the defective shield and received NO response. Lousy customer service for a product under $10. This is the reason for the average rating. Making the sale is one thing, servicing the sale is another.
